Evening Residential Supervisor (Temp-to-Perm)
Emergency Shelter in Westport, CT area
Pay: $20+/hour (DOE)

We are seeking a Residential Supervisor for our emergency shelter. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients using a Housing First approach.

Schedule: Primarily 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM; occasional day shift and rare overnight coverage

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shelter operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
Conduct hourly rounds and support client needs
Maintain cleanliness and Health Department standards
Monitor and secure client medications
Complete logs, reports, and HMIS data entry

Qualifications:

Strong communication and crisis management skills
Reliable, professional, and able to maintain boundaries
Experience in human services or shelter settings preferred

Requirements:

Must remain on-site during shift and alert at all times
Attend required trainings (CPR/First Aid, de-escalation, etc.)
