Job Description

Our reputable client in the industrial manufacturing sector is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and operational HR support that aligns with organizational goals and priorities. As a member of the Corporate Human Resources team, the HRBP contributes to the development and implementation of progressive HR programs, initiatives, and solutions that support both the business units and the broader enterprise.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expertise across a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, organizational development, disability case management, full-cycle recruitment, and leadership coaching to support employee engagement and development.

This is a hybrid role based out of their Greenville office (4 days a week onsite).

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance on talent management initiatives for assigned client groups, including:

Serve as a key advisor on employee relations matters across U.S. operations.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for assigned client groups, including talent pipeline development.

Partner with business leaders to support employee performance management, development planning, and engagement strategies.

Support non-occupational disability case management and coordinate return-to-work processes as required.

Identify training needs and assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee learning and development programs.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR-related matters.

Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including employee communication and support.

Contribute to the design, development, rollout, and training of HR policies and procedures.

Identify opportunities to streamline, improve, or automate HR processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Minimum 7–9 years of progressive Human Resources experience.

Strong knowledge of U.S. employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, disability management, compensation, benefits, and training.

6+ years of recruitment experience, including building and maintaining talent pipelines, preferred.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to support both short- and long-term business priorities.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizational levels in a dynamic environment.

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments is considered an asset.

SHRM-CP designation is considered an asset.
