Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business and increase revenue.

  • Conduct regular outreach including cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking.

  • Independently generate and manage your own pipeline of leads and prospective clients.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Identify new business opportunities by staying informed on local market trends and competitor activity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support deal progression and ensure a strong customer experience.

  • Maintain organized records of prospects and clients while ensuring consistent follow-up and communication.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in a high-performing role preferred.

  • Experience in business-to-business sales environments preferred.

  • Strong ability to independently source, develop, and close new business opportunities.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Spanish fluency highly preferred.

This position supports Southern Florida, and candidates must be located within the territory.
