Job Title: Controls Technician - 2nd Shift
Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMI systems to ensure optimal operation of automation systems.
- Analyze and resolve electrical issues within control systems.
- Perform continuous improvement activities to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and maintenance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of control systems and associated changes.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PLC programming and HMI systems.
- Strong knowledge of logic circuits and electrical problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and improve analog/digital electronic control systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- College coursework in electronics or controls preferred.
