Commercial HVAC Service Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead and energize a high-performing Service Department. This role is all about people, performance, safety, fleet, financials, and training — ensuring operations run smoothly while holding the team accountable.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire

• Coach and manage Service Sales, Contract Administration, CSR teams, Field Service Managers, Field Training Supervisors, and technicians

• Conduct regular touchpoints and quarterly 1:1 reviews

• Oversee technician training, career development, and performance reviews

Recruit & Grow Talent

• Identify staffing needs and review applicants

• Participate in Zoom and in-person interviews

• Represent the team at career and school recruitment events

Manage Fleet & Safety

• Oversee fleet maintenance and truck inspections

• Ensure standardized stock, proper equipment, and GPS compliance

• Enforce safety policies and promote a safe field environment

Drive Financial & Operational Success

• Track monthly service billings and KPIs

• Review reports and implement performance improvements

• Support service contract renewals and approve new agreements

Payroll & Training Support

• Approve timesheets, time-off requests, and GPS verification

• Support technician training and documentation
