Private Client Legal Assistant 
Denver, CO | Hybrid | Direct Hire 

A well‑established Denver law firm is seeking a Private Client Legal Assistant to support a busy team handling estate planning, trust administration, and related private client matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, fast‑paced environment and enjoys being a key organizational partner to attorneys and paralegals. The position offers meaningful client interaction, complex document work, and the opportunity to contribute to a highly collaborative practice group.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily workflow for assigned attorneys, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and handling client communications.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, agreements, and other detailed legal documents.
  • Maintain and organize client files within a document management system to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with internal administrative teams (accounting, IT, records, etc.) to support attorney needs.
  • Assist with time entry, expense processing, and general administrative tasks that keep matters moving efficiently.
  • Support project deadlines by anticipating follow‑up needs, tracking progress, and ensuring materials are completed accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant, ideally within estate planning, private client, probate, or another detail‑heavy practice area.
  • Exceptional proofreading, editing, and document‑formatting skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a talent for managing competing priorities.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with attorneys, clients, and staff.
  • Comfort working independently while staying aligned with team goals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and PDF editing tools.
