Domestic Relations Paralegal
Denver, CO | Hybrid | Direct Hire

A well‑established law firm with a strong reputation for client service is seeking an experienced Domestic Relations Paralegal to join its Denver office. This role supports a busy family law practice and requires someone who is proactive, detail‑driven, and comfortable managing sensitive client matters with professionalism and discretion.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in family law, strong drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate complex disclosure and discovery processes. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping facilitate communication and case updates
• Draft correspondence, routine pleadings, and other family‑law‑related documents
• Manage disclosure and discovery, including organizing financial records, preparing requests, reviewing responses, and identifying missing or deficient information
• Prepare summaries of income, assets, liabilities, and other financial data
• Assemble exhibits and supporting materials for motions, hearings, and other proceedings
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with court requirements
• Support attorneys with case organization, deadlines, and overall file management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of family law paralegal experience required
• Paralegal certificate/degree or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Experience with district and appellate court e‑filing
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through

• $85-105k depending on experience
