A growing regional organization is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for a division operating across multiple states. This is a full-time onsite leadership role near Fenton, MO.

This individual will report to senior finance leadership and play a key role in month-end close, budgeting, compliance, and operational support.

What You’ll Do:
-  Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements
-  Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts
-  Supervise AP, AR, and payroll processes
-  Monitor job costing, inventory, and capital expenditures
-  Handle sales tax, payroll tax, and 1099 reporting
-  Oversee cash flow and bank reconciliations

What We’re Looking For:
-  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-  5+ years of accounting experience
-  Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred
-  Strong Excel skills
-  Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday
-  Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
