CNC Machinist – Afternoons, Nights & Weekends | Aerospace Manufacturing

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists for multiple shifts to produce precision aerospace components in a clean, collaborative team environment.

Shifts Available:

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 4th Shift (Weekend) – Typically 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 | Overtime after 36 hours

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Lathes, Mills, Grinders, EDM, Balancing Machines, Shapers, and manual machines
• Machine precision components to engineering, blueprint, and manufacturing specifications
• Perform inspections and visual checks for quality and compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation and part identification
• Communicate shift handoff requirements to team members
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years' experience with lathes, grinders, mills, EDM, or balancing machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Experience with aerospace materials (SST, Inconels, Hast X, Aluminum) a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, push/pull 60 lbs, and reach above shoulder height
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Security Clearance if needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25.00 – $37.50/hour + competitive shift premiums
