About the Role:As the QA Manager, you'll oversee the quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SQF, HACCP, and PCQI. You'll lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining the integrity of our products from production to customer.
Key Responsibilities:* Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance protocols in line with SQF and HACCP standards.* Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure consistent quality and compliance across all operations.* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential quality issues.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and enhance product quality.* Oversee documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.* Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in QA processes and team performance.* Manage daily QA activities onsite to maintain optimal quality standards.
Key Requirements:* Proven experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.* In-depth knowledge of SQF and HACCP standards.* Ability to work onsite daily
Desirable Skills:* Experience in bakery operations.* Certification in PCQI.
