Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality control activities to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) programs.
- Oversee the preparation and review of quality control documentation.- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) requirements.
Qualifications:
- 1 year quality experience within the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and PCQI standards preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
