Vice President of Sales - Remote
Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales will lead and scale revenue growth, with primary responsibility for commercial and national restaurant accounts.
Responsibilities
• Own and execute the national sales strategy for national restaurant chain markets
• Lead growth across national and multi-unit restaurant accounts, including enterprise-level negotiations and strategic partnerships
• Accelerate revenue growth across national restaurant channels
• Build, mentor, and lead regional and national sales managers and directors
• Establish executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at commercial and national restaurant organizations
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align sales strategy with operational capabilities
• Drive forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
• Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and expansion opportunities within restaurant sector
• Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and executive forums
Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including success selling beef into national restaurant chains
• Established relationships with top national restaurant chains (e.g., McDonalds, Starbucks, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience managing national restaurant relationships and complex, multi-location contracts
• Proven ability to scale sales organizations and deliver sustained revenue growth
• Experience leading national or enterprise sales teams
• Track record of winning and expanding national restaurant programs
• Executive presence with strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
