Role: Project Manager Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX or Carrollton, TX

What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager Coordinator, you’ll support successful project delivery by tracking progress, coordinating with internal teams and external clients, and ensuring that project milestones are met on time and on budget. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables for client engagements.
• Coordinate logistics for deployments and ensure deliveries arrive at client sites as scheduled.
• Work closely with project managers, operations, and client teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and distribute status updates, reports, and key project documentation.
• Assist with resource scheduling, vendor communication, and client follow-ups.
• Support escalation management and help anticipate risks before they impact delivery.
