About Our Client:
Our client, a prominent North American manufacturing firm, is looking to hire a Marketing Manager for their Head Office located in Illinois.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and cohesive messaging.
Create, edit, and manage marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, social media posts, and educational materials.
Maintain and update a sales support gallery with current product information, presentations, and technical resources.
Develop and execute social media strategies, including scheduling, content creation, and audience engagement.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies and provide actionable
Leverage platforms such as Google PerformanceMax, LinkedIn, and YouTube to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
Monitor analytics to measure campaign performance and refine strategies for greater impact.
Manage the events calendar and execute strategies for regional, national, and global events, including logistics, registrations, sponsorships, and follow-ups.
Ensure seamless integration of event activities with sales efforts, including social media promotion and CRM lead tracking
Unify North American brands under our Client's identity, fostering collaboration and leveraging strengths across brands.
Partner with sales teams to optimize customer journeys through CRM and tailored strategies.
Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and databases while tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective execution.
Optimize websites and e-advertising efforts to strengthen online presence and customer interaction
Marketing Principles and Campaign Management - Understanding of integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and social media channels. Familiarity with analytics tools to assess campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Content Creation and Brand Management - Strong grasp of branding principles, content creation, and visual storytelling. Knowledge of design software and collaboration with creative professionals (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Digital Marketing and Social Media – Knowledge in digital marketing platforms, including Google PerformanceMax, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and SEO best practices.
Event Planning and Coordination - Understanding of event logistics, trade show management, sponsorships, and follow-up processes. Knowledge of CRM platforms for tracking leads and integrating event data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Market Research and Analysis - Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to drive informed decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Knowledge of aligning marketing with sales and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing or advertising experience
Recommend: Manufacturing related experience
Marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, etc.)
