What You'll Do:
Survey job sites, develop solutions, and present detailed proposals for HVAC Maintenance.

Advise customers on replacement vs. repair options with a consultative approach

Source materials, obtain supplier quotes, and coordinate purchasing

Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless execution and project handoff

Communicate project status updates, billing changes, and completion reports

Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, courteous, and knowledgeable interactions

What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC sales OR construction services sales

Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes

Ability to generate and nurture new business opportunities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with computers and sales documentation tools

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
