Industrial Sales Representative
Base 80-100K plus commission
Salt Lake City, Utah

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales within the oil & gas, mining, and power generation industries
Actively cold call and re-engage current and previous customers
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate field service and machining solutions
Prepare quotes and estimates for jobs sold; comfortable reviewing scopes, pricing, and timelines
Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure accurate job execution
Represent our client professionally at customer sites, meetings, and industry events
Track opportunities, customer activity, and sales progress
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in one or more of the following:
Oil & Gas
Mining
Power Generation
Proven ability to cold call and develop business through relationship building
Experience selling industrial services, field services, machining, or maintenance solutions
Comfortable quoting and estimating jobs—not just handing them off
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in the field
Preferred Qualifications
Technical understanding of industrial equipment, rotating equipment, or heavy machinery
Existing industry contacts within oil, gas, mining, or power generation
Experience working closely with operations or field service teams
Established, reputable company with strong industry presence
