Accounting Manager 

The Accounting Manager supports day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and process support. This is a hands-on role suited for a collaborative environment, with healthcare industry experience preferred.

This is a newly created position due to continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Support general ledger, revenue, and expense accounting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audits as needed
• Maintain internal controls and support process improvements
• Supervise or provide guidance to accounting staff as applicable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience; healthcare industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare accounting concepts (e.g., revenue cycle, revenue recognition, etc.)
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
