Apartment Maintenance Technician 

Full-time Permanent

Pittsburgh PA

$21.00/hour - $23.00/hour, Depending on experience 

$2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees

Responsibilities:

• Perform general property and building maintenance
• Routine maintenance
• Clean common areas.
• Conduct inspections
• Helping with move-ins and move-outs
• Respond to maintenance calls
• Respond to emergencies, during on-call shifts.

 Requirements:

• Have either a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least two years of maintenance experience or at least one year of relevant experience AND six months of specific training in one of the following trades:
• Electricity
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Welding/Fabricating
• Carpentry
• Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities.
• Effectively interact with residents and team members.
