Account Executive – Technology Staffing & Services
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – on-site initially to support team integration)

About the Role
A rapidly growing technology staffing and services organization is seeking an Account Executive to join its expanding Los Angeles team. This role focuses on developing new client relationships and partnering with internal recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions across multiple technology-focused industries.

The Account Executive will play a key role in driving business development, building long-term partnerships with clients, and supporting companies in identifying top technical talent. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with companies in need of technology staffing and consulting solutions.

  • Generate new business through research, outreach, networking, and client meetings.

  • Deliver presentations and consult with clients to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges.

  • Partner closely with internal recruiters to match qualified technical talent with client requirements.

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, relationship building, negotiations, and closing.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful placements and long-term partnerships.

  • Participate in industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in technology staffing, recruiting, or related sales experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Resourceful, competitive, and motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

  • Ability to research markets and develop strategic outreach to prospective clients.

  • Coachable mindset and willingness to learn and grow within a team setting.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with on-site collaboration initially.
