Personal Injury Attorney

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join its dynamic practice. The ideal candidates will bring a strong background in managing diverse caseloads and a successful history of litigating matters across multiple court levels within Virginia. Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Virginia
  
  
• Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, including trial work and claim negotiations

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new cases and conduct client intakes
  
  
• Proactively communicate with current and prospective clients
  
  
• Oversee all aspects of the pre-litigation process, including case valuation and claim optimization
  
  
• Lead settlement negotiations and manage recovery disbursements
  
  
• Advocate for clients across jurisdictions within Virginia
  
  
• Conduct depositions, focus groups, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
  
  
• Foster strong client relationships and mentor junior attorneys
