Job Title: Dealership Warranty Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing warranty claims and warranty certificates.
- Verifying warranty and service contracts for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconciling all warranty receivables and following up on outstanding claims.
- Communicating effectively with manufacturers and dealership staff regarding warranty issues.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all warranty transactions.
- Ensuring timely submission of claims and adherence to warranty guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dealership warranty administration.
- Strong knowledge of warranty claims processes and warranty certificates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software systems and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
