What You’ll Do

• Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess their HVAC needs.

• Develop and present professional proposals for retrofit and new system installations.

• Perform load calculations, duct layouts, and design for non-engineered projects.

• Source materials, obtain supplier quotes, and coordinate purchases for each job.

• Work closely with installation crews to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

• Lead project status meetings and manage billing, change orders, and closeout details.

What You Bring

• Proven experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with computers and basic project documentation.

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR review.
