Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess their HVAC needs.
Develop and present professional proposals for retrofit and new system installations.
Perform load calculations, duct layouts, and design for non-engineered projects.
Source materials, obtain supplier quotes, and coordinate purchases for each job.
Work closely with installation crews to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Lead project status meetings and manage billing, change orders, and closeout details.
Proven experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computers and basic project documentation.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR review.
