Data Analytics Engineer

Position Overview Seeking an experienced Data Analytics Engineer to join an Advanced Development Team. This is a 100% onsite position with no remote or hybrid options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts using Python, leveraging Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization of engine performance metrics
• Utilize version control systems (Bitbucket/Git) for collaborative development, branching, merging, and pull requests
• Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas requiring investigation
• Document and track defects using appropriate tools
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Participate in code and design reviews, providing feedback on testability
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a data-driven professional setting
• Proficiency in Python programming with data analysis libraries and test automation frameworks
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Bitbucket)
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving technical challenges
• Expertise in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis
• Solid debugging and root cause analysis capabilities
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently
• U.S. Citizenship required
