Overview:
Seeking an experienced HR professional to lead all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and culture initiatives. Hybrid Opportunity. Salary Range $120,000-$200,000/year depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, handbook, and procedures ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes in partnership with Finance.
- Manage performance evaluations, improvement plans, and disciplinary actions aligned with company values.
- Lead compensation studies, benefits administration, and annual enrollment; partner with Finance on payroll and budgeting processes.
- Oversee mentorship, internship, and manager training programs.
- Foster positive workplace culture through wellness, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, personnel records, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Serve as primary contact for recruiters, benefits providers, and legal resources.
- Monitor HR metrics and leverage HRIS systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; HR certification preferred.
- 3–5+ years of HR leadership experience (financial services experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
