The Financial Advisor will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business by delivering comprehensive financial strategies tailored to each client’s goals and life stage.
The ideal candidate combines financial expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed. No prior financial advisor experience is necessary. If you have a sales personality, our client is willing to train!

Salary plus commission! Up to $90K/year depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted financial resource.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and create customized financial plans.
- Advise clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance, and estate considerations.
- Proactively review client portfolios and recommend adjustments as needs or markets change.
- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition through networking and referrals.
- Maintain current knowledge of financial markets, products, and industry regulations.
- Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 1–5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a client-facing role.
- FINRA Series 65 (or 66) licenses, or the ability to obtain them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- CFP® preferred or the willingness to be certified. Client will assist financially.
- Background in client acquisition or business development.
