An established and rapidly growing real estate investment and property management company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes in the Phoenix area. About the Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be the key connection between property owners, residents, and vendors — ensuring homes are well cared for, residents are satisfied, and owners are confident their investments are in capable hands. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, leasing activity, and property marketing while being empowered to make decisions that directly impact resident experience and portfolio performance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of single-family homes, ensuring timely leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, owners, and vendors.

• Oversee the full leasing process — from property marketing and showings to move-in coordination.

• Coordinate maintenance, conduct inspections, and ensure lease compliance.

• Collaborate with a team that values innovation and communication.

• Use your creative skills to help enhance marketing content and community visibility (Canva experience a plus).

What We’re Looking For

• Active Arizona Real Estate License (required to lease single-family homes).

• 1+ year of experience in leasing or property management of residential properties.

• A natural relationship builder who communicates with authenticity and professionalism.

• Proficiency with property management software and CRM systems.

• Bonus: Experience using Canva or similar tools to create engaging marketing materials.
