Position Summary
My client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Analyst to join their Miami office. This role is integral to ensuring smooth administrative and accounting operations, with a particular focus on billing processes and comprehensive back-office support.
Responsibilities
● Perform administrative and accounting functions, especially related to billing and invoicing
● Provide back-office support to the operations and finance teams
● Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Dynamics
● Support subscription and technology platform processes
● Prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain organized workflows
● Solve problems independently and anticipate team needs
Requirements
● Associate/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative/accounting functions, especially billing
● Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
● Strong Microsoft Excel skills
● Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
● Strong aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and systems
● Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills
● Exceptional attention to detail
● Rapid problem-solving abilities
● Must be willing to work 100% on-site
