POSITION: Business Development Manager
LOCATION: San Ramon, CA | 90% Remote

SALARY RANGE: $135,000–$150,000 | OTE: $200,000+
Our client is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to seniors and their families. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts and expand their footprint in San Ramon and the East Bay.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain referral networks with physicians, hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and social workers.
- Represent the organization at community events including health fairs, networking functions, senior expos, and professional associations.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies through in-person visits, presentations, and relationship management.
- Track and analyze referral patterns, competitor activity, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
- Partner with intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth referral-to-admission process that reflects a commitment to client care.
- Report business development outcomes and provide insights on opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare.
- Established referral network in San Ramon/East Bay strongly preferred.
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving census growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across territories.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective working both independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned territory.
