Litigation Attorney

Our client is a boutique civil litigation firm seeking an Attorney to join its General Liability Team. This role involves handling a wide range of insurance defense cases, including premises liability, product liability, medical negligence, wrongful death, and personal injury.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and reports
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Review and analyze medical records and discovery
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Track billable hours and meet productivity goals

Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission in good standing
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills

• Insurance defense and trial experience preferred
• Familiarity with motor vehicle and premises liability cases preferred
