Director of Sales
Overview:
The Director of Sales will oversee sales operations for assigned communities, ensuring strong launches, steady sales pace, and achievement of all sales goals. This role manages the sales team, drives client engagement, and collaborates with leadership and marketing to maximize results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Actively sell to prospects, assist with closings, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Oversee daily Sales Center operations, staffing, and adherence to luxury service standards.
- Develop and implement sales processes, including CRM usage to track traffic, conversions, and performance.
- Monitor competitive market activity and recommend pricing, incentives, and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, HOA boards, and the broader community.
- Collaborate with marketing and construction teams to align on goals and enhance client satisfaction.
- Plan and participate in grand openings, networking events, and community functions.
- Manage sales strategies, phasing, pricing, and options to optimize results.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain before employment
- 10+ years in luxury real estate sales with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in luxury branded residential private residences, with experience engaging high-net-worth buyers
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales process management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
- Regional network (Midwest/Northeast) is a plus.
