Our Houston-based client—a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm known for its employee-centric culture and robust benefits—is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join their growing Public Works team. This is a direct hire role with remote flexibility for the right candidate. 
 
💼 What You’ll Do: 
• Lead diverse water and wastewater projects, including treatment plant design 
• Manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and change orders across multiple projects 
• Serve as Engineer of Record and technical lead 
• Perform detailed design work, review specs, and oversee construction phases 
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate team activities 
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts 
 
🎓 What You’ll Bring: 
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) 
• Texas PE license (required) 
• 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience 
• Expertise in treatment plant design and standard engineering practices 
• Strong project management and independent execution skills
