Job Description

CFP Financial Advisor – Private Wealth Firm
Hybrid | Based in Charlotte, NC or surrounding growth markets (U.S. candidates only)

About Our Client
Our client goes beyond managing money - they build lifelong partnerships grounded in clarity, integrity, and personalized financial planning. They are a fiduciary wealth management firm serving affluent households with a goal to reach $1 billion in assets under management by 2030, growing 50% annually through a strategic mix of organic growth and advisor succession acquisitions.

Currently, they operate in Charlotte, Asheville, and Greensboro, NC; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; and select parts of Florida - with plans for further expansion underway.

They plan to add only two new advisors in 2025, with 1-2 additional openings expected in 2026. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team at the forefront of industry transformation.

What Makes This Opportunity Unique
This isn’t a traditional salaried role - you won’t be punching a clock. Instead, it’s a career-defining chance for an entry-level financial advisor (1-3 years’ experience) to receive direct mentorship from leadership, gain access to quality client relationships, and quickly grow into a lead advisor role within a collaborative, fast-growing environment.
Our client provides:
• Direct support from senior advisors and firm leadership
• Access to client relationships through M&A and succession plans
• Structured mentorship, training, and professional development
• A clear performance path that enables top talent to earn among the top 10% of U.S. financial advisors within five years

They focus not only on developing your technical skills but also on growing your professionalism, presence, and purpose. Team members prioritize personal well-being, fitness, and intentional living because great advisors bring their whole selves to those they serve.

About the Role
This full-time, hybrid position is based in and around Charlotte, NC. Occasional travel is required to client meetings in Asheville and Greensboro, NC; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; and parts of Florida.

• Aligned with a firm that values health, wellness, integrity, and long-term impact
• Located in or willing to relocate to Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC; or one of the existing markets (U.S. candidates only; no international applicants)

What You’ll Do
