What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience as a lead installer in commercial HVAC

• Extensive experience with metal and fiberglass ductwork

• Skilled in installing rooftop units (RTUs)

• Proficient in brazing, purging, control wiring, system charging, and startups

• Familiarity with commercial HVAC codes and standards

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Excellent customer service and job site professionalism

• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

• EPA certification

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and communication

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check
