Maintenance Technician
Location: Cleveland, OH | Schedule: Full-time + Overtime

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, welding experience, and a desire to grow in a dynamic facility that values flexibility and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems (up to 480V)
• Support stainless steel sanitation and sanitary welding tasks
• Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure consistent operation
• Assist with fabrication, repair, and installation of machinery components
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safety and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment (dairy a plus)
• Sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and respond to urgent maintenance needs
• Experience with VFDs, pumps, and valves preferred
• Comfortable working in physically demanding and wet environments
