What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement advanced automated systems that improve efficiency and reduce manual labor across production lines.

  • Program and maintain robots and PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Bosch) for high-performance manufacturing operations.

  • Integrate servo motors, sensors, HMIs, vision systems, and test equipment into automated workstations.

  • Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving automation projects.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation for maximum uptime.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes and provide training on new systems.

  • Keep up with emerging automation technologies and best practices in the industry.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in automation/controls engineering within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in PLC and PC programming (C#, C++, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).

  • Experience with robotics integration (ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Festo) and automated workstations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

  • Knowledge of electrical diagrams (European and American standards), industrial network design, and safety compliance.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to interpret technical documentation and drive cross-functional solutions.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
