Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ – Fully Onsite (Not Remote/Hybrid)
Base Salary: $70,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $100,000+ (uncapped commission)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Relocation Support: Not offered – Local candidates only

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and energetic New Business Development Representative to join our growing Inside Sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates—especially those from competitive environments such as athletics or finance—who are looking to launch a career in sales. You'll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by scheduling meetings for the Outside Sales team.

The position is onsite at our Woodcliff Lake, NJ headquarters and involves minimal travel for trade shows and events.

What You’ll Do
-Prospect and identify new sales leads through outbound efforts (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, event networking, etc.)
-Schedule qualified meetings for the Outside Sales team
-Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and consistently follow up to drive engagement
-Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
-Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
-Collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to achieve team goals

-Previous sales or lead generation experience (not required)
-Background in athletics, military, or other performance-based environments
-Comfort attending trade shows and interacting with professionals at all levels

-Competitive base salary ($70,000) with uncapped commission potential
-OTE averages around $100,000+ within the first 1–2 years
