Job Description:
Seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead maintenance teams. Candidate will possess strong managerial skills and be a hands-on working leader. This role requires a solid background in electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, and building systems as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance activities and support operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within maintenance or related field.
- Strong hands-on leadership skills.
- Solid electrical and mechanical background.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
