Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Associate, Senior Attorney, or Partner)

Location
This is a remote position; however, team members must be California residents and will work closely with a Managing Partner based in Los Angeles. Our clients on-boarding and collaboration processes ensure seamless integration into our tech-forward, cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation files from inception to resolution
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of California workers’ compensation law and regulations
- Participate in firm-wide knowledge sharing, training, and business development
Qualifications
- Active membership in the State Bar of California (required)
- Must reside in California
- 2–10+ years of experience in workers’ compensation law
- Familiarity with legal document management systems (e.g., Practice Master, MerusCase, ProLaw, A1 Law) is a plus
Compensation
- Associate Attorney (2–5 years): $140,000 – $175,000
- Senior Attorney (5–10 years): Up to $200,000
- Partner (10+ years): Starting at $210,000+
