Production Supervisor Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a dynamic and driven Production Supervisor to lead and support operations within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is key to fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven production processes.

What You’ll Do:

In this hands-on leadership role, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor plant personnel to consistently perform at their best.

  • Coordinate and oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and safety goals.

  • Conduct training and onboarding for new employees or delegate mentorship to experienced team members.

  • Monitor production lines and adjust staffing or processes as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Develop team members through coaching, performance feedback, and personalized development plans.

  • Promote and enforce safety policies and ensure a clean, compliant work environment.

  • Collaborate across departments to streamline scheduling, materials handling, and production planning.

  • Identify cost-saving initiatives and support process improvement and lean manufacturing efforts.

  • Organize and participate in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen events.

  • Provide input on hiring decisions, performance evaluations, promotions, and corrective actions.

  • Support HR functions such as training programs, safety initiatives, employee engagement, and policy interpretation.

What You Bring:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Solid understanding of ISO 14001, OSHA, and TS16949 compliance standards.

  • Familiarity with modern manufacturing practices, including lean principles, JIT, PLM, and continuous improvement.

  • Technical knowledge of machinery, production systems, and materials handling.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to assess situations and develop effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and with external partners.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
