About the Role:
Our client is seeking a strategic, marketing-minded professional to lead pricing and category initiatives that drive margin growth and sales effectiveness. This role blends data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric thinking to solve complex commercial challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage pricing strategies across product categories
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on proposals, RFPs, and value communication
Analyze commercial data to optimize pricing and product performance
Monitor market trends and raw material costs to inform price adjustments
Deliver insights and reports on category trends and financial results
Qualifications:
4–7 years in category management, pricing, or product marketing
Background in Marketing (not Sales)
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI or Tableau
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Business acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
