About the Role:
Our client is seeking a strategic, marketing-minded professional to lead pricing and category initiatives that drive margin growth and sales effectiveness. This role blends data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric thinking to solve complex commercial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage pricing strategies across product categories

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on proposals, RFPs, and value communication

  • Analyze commercial data to optimize pricing and product performance

  • Monitor market trends and raw material costs to inform price adjustments

  • Deliver insights and reports on category trends and financial results

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years in category management, pricing, or product marketing

  • Background in Marketing (not Sales)

  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI or Tableau

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Business acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
