Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in individual and small business taxes, and hold a CPA designation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tax planning and compliance for individual and small business clients.
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns.
- Provide expert advice on tax strategies and implications.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement tax-saving strategies for clients.

Qualifications:
- CPA certification required.
- Proven experience in individual and small business tax preparation and planning.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
