Part-Time Administrative Assistant – West Knoxville (Temp-to-Hire)
Our client, a well-established business management consulting firm located in West Knoxville, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team on a part-time, temporary-to-hire basis.
Schedule:
20 to 25 hours per week, ideally between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor and manage the company email inbox, directing inquiries and addressing customer questions
Coordinate with supply distributors to ensure timely shipment of new orders
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an office administrative or support role is required
Strong data entry and customer service skills
Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and self-direction
Strong written and verbal communication skills
