Job Description

A leading provider of commercial HVAC systems is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Fayetteville area. This role requires a strong background in industrial manufacturing environments and extensive experience with HVAC systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety of commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort in large-scale facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections

• Install and commission new HVAC systems

• Interpret and utilize wiring diagrams and blueprints

• Coordinate day-to-day work on service contracts and projects to meet customer needs and deadlines

• Make accurate repair and replacement decisions in high-pressure environments

• Maintain strong communication and customer service with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC service, preferably in industrial manufacturing settings

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and troubleshooting methods

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience a plus

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM

• On-call rotation schedule required
