Job Description
The Outside Sales Team is responsible to maintain customer relationships, grow product sales and develop new, productive accounts while they maintain a professional reputation for the company.  

Position Responsibilities

Prospecting for new accounts through cold calling, provide leads and networking.
Meet and exceed pre determined sales goals.
Maintain existing customer base with excellent customer service.
Understand and advise customers on products and services that SPEC Building Materials offers.
Maintain good relationships with our valued vendors.
Maintain a successful track record selling building materials to contractors. Demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills.

Required Experience

A minimum of Two years of Industry (or) Industry-related experience in Building supplies or construction is required.


Financial Rewards

This position offers a very competitive base salary, plus car allowance, and uncapped commissions.
