Are you an ambitious sales professional who thrives in creative, high-end environments? We’re partnering with a brand-new luxury event venue in the Miami area seeking a Venue Sales Manager to lead the charge on business development and event bookings.
This isn't your typical event sales role. You won’t be planning the parties, you’ll be selling the dream. Think weddings, corporate events, private soirées, brand activations, and everything in between.
What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead outbound sales efforts through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and industry events
- Build and manage a healthy inbound lead pipeline—following up with energy, professionalism, and genuine curiosity
- Conduct dynamic on-site tours that leave a lasting impression
- Partner with hotels, DMCs, CVBs, and industry peers to build a strong referral network
- Own the entire sales cycle: from initial contact to contract close
- Identify upselling opportunities and communicate venue offerings with confidence
- Host open houses and internal promotional events to showcase the space
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, forecasts, and client feedback
- Ensure seamless coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams for each booking
- Manage CRM and event software to keep data organized and actionable
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, events, catering, or a related field
- A confident, self-motivated attitude with a love for relationship building
- Clear, compelling communication—verbal and written
- A creative mindset and a knack for finding solutions
- Tech fluency: comfortable using CRM and booking tools
- Organizational strength and grace under pressure
- Professionalism paired with personality
- Experience with hotel sales or venue bookings is a big plus
Schedule & Travel:
- Occasional evening and weekend availability depending on event schedules
- Occasional travel (up to 10%) to attend industry events and mixers
- Flexible comp time provided when needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and be on your feet for extended periods during tours or events
✨ You’ll Thrive Here If…
You’re a driven closer with hospitality in your heart. You love big ideas, bold spaces, and bringing people together. You’re energized by a blank canvas and passionate about making memories happen.
