Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Lewisville, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Product Manager to join a growing team. This role will play a key part in driving product innovation, developing business cases, and guiding cross-functional teams through the lifecycle of new and existing products. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer-focused, and experienced in managing durable goods/product portfolios. Must have durable goods experience- not a software product. 

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Build strong business cases to support capital investment and product development initiatives.
Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements, working closely with engineering and production teams.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and eventual phase-out.
Partner with marketing to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Create and maintain product documentation and sales enablement tools.
Support sales and business development with product expertise and training.
Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes, particularly in commercial construction.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Product Manager role for manufactured goods.
Strong understanding of financial modeling and developing ROI-based business cases.
Experience with various market research methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.
