A chemical manufacturing facility is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the reliability, compliance, and performance of plant equipment and systems. This role ensures adherence to Mechanical Integrity (MI) requirements under OSHA PSM and drives preventive maintenance and reliability programs across site operations.

Key Responsibilities: Manage site mechanical integrity and maintenance programs in compliance with PSM and RAGAGEP

Lead audits, inspections, and documentation related to equipment reliability and compliance

Develop and maintain PM procedures, records, and training documentation

Oversee equipment inspection results and recommend corrective actions

Ensure no delinquent PMs and manage documentation in CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle)

Provide engineering support for rotating and static equipment

Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve reliability and safety

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field

10+ years’ experience in maintenance, mechanical integrity, or reliability in industrial/chemical settings

Strong knowledge of PSM, RAGAGEP, and MI best practices

Expertise in rotating equipment, failure analysis (FMEA, RCA), and lifecycle management

Proficiency in AutoCAD and CMMS systems

Strong documentation, project management, and communication skills

Ability to work occasional non-standard hours including weekends or holidays
