We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for our client company to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial HVAC and related equipment. This role includes managing day-to-day coordination of specific service agreements or projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion in alignment with contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in commercial facilities

Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades

Install HVAC units and related components

Interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

Make sound repair and replacement decisions

Provide high-quality customer service and maintain professional communication

Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service

EPA Universal Certification required

Strong time management and communication skills

Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and blueprints

Familiar with a wide variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting methods

Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
