Job Title: Commercial Electrical Project Manager 
Location: Austin, TX
Status: Permanent 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.​

Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and field installations, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with safety regulations.​

Financial Management: Review and manage project costs, including budgeting, reporting, and accounting.​

Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.​

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.​

Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.​

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the company's quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.​

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in electrical project management within the commercial construction industry.​

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Accubid estimating software is a plus.​

Licensing: Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation.​

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in electrical engineering or project management is advantageous.
