Location: Milpitas, CA
Job Type: On-Site | Full-Time
Compensation: $40–45/hr (Equivalent to $83,000–$94,000 annually) + Commission/Bonus (Based on performance and experience)

As they continue expanding into the U.S. market, they are actively seeking an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager to oversee operations and support business growth at their retail location in Milpitas, California.

Responsibilities / 工作职责

As the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and direct daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality

  • Formulate and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive branch growth

  • Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities

  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and complaint resolution

  • Ensure the branch meets financial targets and KPIs
    确保门店达成业务目标及财务绩效指标

  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development
    负责员工排班、培训及职业发展

  • Collaborate with District Managers and other branches on recruitment and team initiatives
    与区域经理及其他门店协作招聘与团队建设

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and related documents
    编制并提交销售报表及相关文件


Qualifications / 职位要求

To be considered, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of retail experience, including at least 6 years in jewelry sales or management

  • Strong knowledge of gold, silver, platinum, and gemstones

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an asset

  • Ability to read Traditional Chinese

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
