Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support production planning and materials coordination. This role ensures efficient scheduling, timely procurement, and collaboration across teams to support business and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and maintain production schedules based on project timelines and business needs
-Coordinate procurement of materials, components, and supplies
-Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance
-Monitor inventory levels and address potential shortages
-Participate in planning meetings to support new product or project launches
-Track progress, resolve delays, and adjust plans as needed
-Prepare reports related to schedules, materials, and performance metrics
-Communicate with vendors or suppliers as necessary
-Follow company policies and support compliance with relevant standards
Top Five Technical Skills of Importance:
-SAP
-Creation and maintenance of production and maintenance plans
-Helping to resolve production shortages/not procurement but interacts with suppliers
-Understanding sales forecast and works with sales teams. Collaborates with every other department
-Strong understanding of manufacturing and industrial products
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field
-Experience in production planning, procurement, or materials management
-Strong organizational and analytical skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Flexibility to support various work schedules as needed
